I was having problems when running drush commands (segmentation fault) and sometimes when accessing the admin interface. Tried to run drush with sudo but it didn't helped at all.
Tried to play around with...
- databases dumps
- reinstalling packages (php, php5-fpm, apache, nginx, memcached)
- upgrading my ubuntu version
Still no luck...
After spending a few of hours...
found out that the problem was related to node_modules folder.
The node_modules folder contains dependencies installed by npm install command. This folder contains a lot of files, and some of them have the extension ".info", which for drupal it looks like a module (drupal scans for these and breaks).
# https://www.drupal.org/node/542202 This .info file is required for the system to recognize the presence of a module.
So if you are getting segmentation fault errors when running drush blame node_modules and remove it from the drupal directories.
